Coming Soon: The Fusion-io Performance Café, Downtown San Francisco, Fall 2013

Downtown San Francisco. Pop-up Coffee Shop. Technology showcases. Impromptu Meeting space. You're invited!

As the tech world descends upon San Francisco this fall, we thought it would be fun to have a gathering place to discuss application performance, the all-flash datacenter, and the future of information infrastructure. So we are opening the Fusion-io Performance Café in downtown San Francisco just one block away from Moscone Center at 28 3rd St.

This one-of-a-kind solutions and technology showcase will be an opportunity to mingle with like-minded experts breaking new ground with application and database performance. There will be plenty of room to sketch out ideas, participate in technical demonstrations, and enjoy a coffee with friends. We'll also be showcasing solutions that can be deployed with our server partners, including Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM, and Supermicro.

VMworld café hours:

  • 8.26.13    8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • 8.27.13    8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • 8.28.13    8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

There is also an expanding roster of panels, parties, meetups and events being planned starting at VMworld, continuing throughout September, and through Oracle OpenWorld. Follow @fusionio on Twitter to stay up on the details.

We welcome all to join us, in particular:

Fusion-io Customers: Feel free to request an executive briefing during the period from VMworld through Oracle OpenWorld and any time in between. Contact your Fusion-io representative to set up a meeting.

Considering Fusion-io: Now is the time to get the full details on the full Fusion-io portfolio including new additions like NexGen ioControl Hybrid Storage, which offers the performance of flash at the price of a disk-based system, and the most recent releases of ioTurbine, the industry’s most advanced solution to accelerate virtual environments. Contact Fusion-io to request a briefing.

Meetup Organizers: We are making the Fusion-io Performance Café open to select Meetups. If you organize a Meetup and would like to use the space in September, please contact Bob Brumfield.

Fusion-io Partners and Alliance Members: We welcome all current and prospective partners, server vendors, Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) members, and other solution providers to utilize the Performance Café for customer briefings and other events. Contact our alliance team  for more information.

So come by, have a coffee on us, and get to know us. We look forward to an exciting show season in San Francisco and seeing you at the Fusion-io Performance Café!
