Dennis Wolf

In his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dennis Wolf is responsible for overseeing all things financial including financial systems, controls, and practices, as well as the legal department and human resources at Fusion-io.

Mr. Wolf is an accomplished Silicon Valley executive, having led several public and private companies at CFO, COO, and co-CEO levels. He brings over 30 years of experience managing finance and other disciplines for high-growth technology companies, and is widely appreciated by Wall Street as a leading light among CFOs. 

Mr. Wolf began his career with financial management roles at Apple and Sun Microsystems. Most recently, he served as executive Vice President and CFO at MySQL, Inc. During that time, Mr. Wolf was instrumental in MySQL's growth strategy and its ultimate sale to Sun Microsystems for $1 billion. Mr. Wolf has also served in various executive positions at several public companies including Centigram Communications, Credence Systems, Omnicell, and Redback Networks, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bigband Networks, Codexis, and Quantum Corporation.

Mr. Wolf earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.  Mr. Wolf will be based out of the Silicon Valley office, but is committed to spending substantial time at our headquarters in Utah. Originally from Denver, he is happy to spend some time near the mountains.
